Cheshire West Citizens Advice Bureau was formed on 1 April 2009 from the existing Bureaux at Chester, Ellesmere Port and Vale Royal.  We have over 70 paid members of staff and more than 100 volunteers.

We operate independently and all client services are free and completely confidential.

We deliver the aims and principles of Citizens Advice Bureaux nationally by offering a comprehensive service of information, advice, advocacy and representation, and by working actively for change in the policies and practices of organisations that impact on the lives of our clients.

You can find out more about the CAB by going to the national website.
